Tickets and buying
Where can I buy the ticket without a convenience fee?
At the Tour box office, entering through Portão A (on foot) or Portão 2 (by vehicle), from 8:30am to 4:30pm, paying in cash or by card.
How much does it cost?
Each experience has its own price, and it appears on the card on the home page and on its own page. The final price is the one on the site that sells the tickets, which is where you complete the purchase.
Who is entitled to half-price admission?
Students with a student card and photo ID, children aged 3 to 11, people aged 60 and over, people with disabilities and their companion when needed (Lei Estadual 4.240/2003), and teachers from the Rio municipal public school system. You need to present the document that proves the entitlement.
Who does not pay for a ticket?
Children up to 2 years old and accredited tour guides, on presentation of a document. Free admission does not apply to groups.
Does the tour run on match or event days?
On match or concert days, opening hours may be shorter and some areas may be unavailable. In those cases, the last visit ends 5 hours before the gates open.
How do I cancel or reschedule my ticket?
Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds are handled with the customer service of the site that sells the tickets, because it is the one that has your order. If the time of your visit changes because of an event at the stadium, you choose a new date or ask for a refund.
Does the ticket have a set time? For how many days is it valid?
The rules on times and validity belong to the site that sells the tickets, and they appear on the page for the experience before you complete the purchase.
Can I add an activity to the visit?
There are three: Shoot at Goal, drone filming and the personalised video. None of them is included in the ticket, and you buy all three at the stadium itself, during the Tour.

Is the route accessible for wheelchair users or for people with reduced mobility?
The route has accessible paths, lifts and adapted restrooms in specific sectors of the stadium. Which sectors, and what that means for your case, you confirm with the team before coming. Better to ask beforehand than to find a barrier on the day.
